Tour Petersburg National Battlefield by Segway

Discover a new way to tour Petersburg National Battlefield by stepping onto a Segway Human Transporter. Through an agreement with Petersburg National Battlefield, Segways of Richmond is now offering a safe, easy to use, and environmentally friendly way to tour the site where the longest military event of the Civil War occurred.

Beginning Sunday, January 25, 2009, these 2.5 hour ranger-led tour will be available every Sunday at 1:00 p.m. and will cost $50 per person. There will be a brief instructional and safety orientation prior to the tour. Helmets are mandatory and will be provided during the orientation. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
