The FY 2008 appropriations provide for adjustment funding for HAs who have experienced an increase in renewal costs due to portability. The provision is described in detail in the attached narrative. The accompanying Excel file identifies those HAs that appear to be eligible. Requests are due to HUD by April 11, 2008.

The FY 2008 appropriations provide for adjustment funding for HAs who, as a result of re-benchmarking, will lose vouchers in 2008. The accompanying Excel file identifies those HAs that appear to be eligible. Requests are due to HUD by April 11, 2008.
