The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced on December 22, 2008 that proposals are being accepted for the Fiscal Year 2009 Clean Vessel Act Grant Program (CVA). There is an estimated $14 million available for CVA grants in Fiscal Year 2009. Proposals are due in the Regional Offices or submitted to Grants.gov by January 30, 2009. More information...

The National Coastal Wetlands Conservation Grant Program will award $20.1 million in FY 2009 project grants to 12 states to protect and restore 13,543 acres of coastal wetland ecosystems. More information...
