Safe Operation of Insulated Aerial Devices Training Seminars

Altec is conducting safety training seminars for OSHA Regional and Area Office staff and other safety and health professionals throughout the United States. More than 200 safety and health personnel participated in the following seminars:

Topics discussed during the one day training seminars include: best practices and safe operation of cranes, insulated and non-insulated aerial devices and digger derricks; issues related to minimum approach distances to energized sources and the prevention of electrocutions. In addition, Altec is providing equipment that the training seminars' attendees are using during the hands-on demonstrations.
