EDGAR Rel 8.7 Reduced Content XML Filing Specification
The EDGAR Reduced Content XML Stylesheets have been updated. There have been no changes to the EDGAR Release 8.7 EDGAR Reduced Content XML Filing Specification or the EDGAR Release 8.7 EDGAR Reduced Content XML Schema files. The updated stylesheets, along with the specification and schema files, can be downloaded via the links below.
A summary of the changes is provided as follows:
- The stylesheets for Forms 3, 4 and 5 have been updated regarding the handling of boolean field values and now conform to the specification.
- Additional updates have been made to the Form 5 stylesheet which, under some conditions, caused the Securities Amount/Dollar Amount of Securities Column 5, and/or the footnotes for Table 1, not to display.
