EDGAR System Release 9.5 to be Upgraded on December 11, 2006

The EDGAR system was upgraded to Release 9.5 on October 30, 2006. Changes in this release included support for the designation of Accelerated filer status and a Duty to File Reports indicator for Filers of Form 15. Because of these and other EDGAR modifications starting October 30, 2006, filers are required to download new EDGARLink templates #2 and #3.

On December 11, 2006, the EDGAR system will be upgraded to Release 9.5.c. This upgrade will include support for the filing of electronic Transfer Agent forms (TA-1, TA-1/A, TA-2, TA-2/A, TA-W). EDGARLite templates for these forms are available for download from the EDGARLite Submission Templates page on the EDGAR OnlineForms Website.
