Friday, December 26, 2003 has been declared a Federal Holiday. The EDGAR system will be closed on that day. EDGAR filings will not be received, processed, or disseminated starting at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, December 24 through Sunday, December 28. EDGAR will resume normal operations at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, December 29.

SEC website users should note that all the usual EDGAR database search features will be available throughout the holidays, but that the "latest filings" feature will, of course, reflect the system closure noted above.
