Be on the alert against fraud.
Stay informed with the FTC.
The FTC, the nation’s consumer protection agency, works for the
consumer to prevent fraudulent, deceptive and unfair business practices
in the marketplace and provide information to help consumers spot,
stop and avoid them.
The FTC recently launched a Spanish-language fraud awareness campaign, “Mantente
alerta contra el fraude. Infórmate con la FTC” (“Be
on the alert against fraud. Stay informed with the FTC”), which
aims to encourage Spanish speakers to identify fraudulent and deceptive
business practices and to tell the FTC about them when they occur.
