Major Right of Way Projects

BLM has proposals for several major projects.

UNEV Pipeline
Holly Energy UNEV liquid petroleum products pipeline ROW, Serial Numbers UTU-79766 and NVN-82385 The proponent proposes constructing and operating a 400-mile, 12 inch petroleum products pipeline that would originate in Woods Cross, Utah, refineries and terminate north of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Lake Powell Pipeline Project
The Utah State Board of Water Resources, Department of Natural Resources, is proposing to build 120 miles of 66-inch diameter pipeline from the Lake Powell Glen Canyon dam site in Arizona to Sand Hollow Reservoir near St. George, UT, and 38 miles of 30-inch diameter pipeline from Sand Hollow to Cedar City.
