Ewing, IL Adoption May 8-9

A BLM representative will be on site at the Ewing facility on May 8 and 9 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to screen applications.   Walk up adoptions can be approved on site these two days, if the adopter's facility meets all the requirements.    The first 20 adopters will receive one free halter.

The Ewing, IL facility is usually open Mon - Fri from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, and Sat 9:00 - Noon.   Applications must be approved in advance by your servicing office if you wish to adopt when you visit .  Applications can be faxed to (703) 440-1656 for approval before visiting the facility.

Directions:   From Interstate 57, take exit 77 east and turn north (left) on State Road 37.    Go one mile and turn east (right) on Ewing Rd.    Go 8 miles to Sheep Farm Rd. (4 miles past the town of Ewing).    Turn north (left) on Sheep Farm Rd. and follow to the end of the road, one and 1/2 mile.   Facility is on the left, at the corner of Sheep Farm and Bobtail Rds.
