To address key topics concerning the function of BLM and associated RecQ helicases, animal models of cancer and aging, and human studies of cancer and aging. Dr. Nathan Ellis, the co-discoverer of the genetic defect in Bloom syndrome, will discuss clinical-laboratory correlations.
