Resource planning - Fiscal year oversight for the planning and preparation of the Automated Annual Resource Management Plan System (ARMPS). Providing and clarifying instructions to SPA locations for salary and plan projections, verifying CRIS guidelines. Review of SPA ARMP packages and Multiyear Projections for final submission to Financial Management Division (FMD) in preparation for the Strategic Resource Management Review (SRMP) by ARS Administrators.

Financial management – First point of contact for implementation, training and assistance with all Financial systems for SPA: Foundation Financial Information System (FFIS), CRIS Allocation Tracking System (CATS), Salary Management System (SAMS); CRIS Allocation tracking for permanent, temporary and soft fund changes throughout the fiscal year; salary lapse reporting, Health and Human Services Payment Management System (HHS) authorizations and reporting, signature authority for Interagency Agreements, payment processing for all non-IAS purchases.

Travel and relocation services - Foreign and domestic travel assistance, relocation requirements, passport processing, obtaining Government Travel Cards are provided to the locations by the Area Transportation Assistant.
