Welcome to the Provo City Energy Department's bill presentment and
payment website. As a registered user you can do all of the following
actions from anywhere, all you need is an internet connection:

Pay your bill online
Print bills for your own records
Sign-up for recurring credit
card payments
Sign-up for E-Z Pay debit
payments

To get started just login by entering your username and password (above
left) and selecting the submit button. Or if you have not yet
registered you can do so by clicking on the "Register" link on the left
navigation bar or by clicking HERE.
In order to register you just need to have your customer ID (First six
digits of your account #) and your Security ID (Social Security #). You
will then be prompted to create a username and password that you can
use to login to your online account. |

bill will be automatically deducted from your checking account!

We also offer a Recurring Credit Card Payment option. By choosing this
option your monthly bill will automatically be charged to your credit
card on the date your bill is due. To sign up for recurring credit card

In an effort to increase recycling, The City of
Provo is
offering a "Triple Play" program. For one low cost you can have
containers for garbage, yard waste, and recycling. To sign up for the
Triple Play option click HERE.
