NHEERL Research Article Recognized as one of the most highly Cited ever Published Articles in Journal History

A paper published by Dr. Robert Devlin, an NHEERL scientist, has been recognized by the American Journal of Respiratory, Cell, and Molecular Biology as one of the most highly cited ever published in the journal. The paper is entitled "Exposure of humans to ambient levels of ozone for 6.6 hours causes cellular and biochemical changes in the lung". The journal, a prestigious publication of the American Thoracic Society, has asked Dr. Devlin to highlight his paper in a review covering the topics of airway epithelial biology, air pollution, and respiratory disease, which will be accompanied by an editorial recognizing the paper.
