Having problems registering or updating your profile?

  • The most common error when registering a business is the system has found a duplicate or conflict with the Data Universal Numbering System(DUNS) number. If you receive a message"There is an error with the DUNS field. The DUNS number has already been registered to another business. This number must be unique." It simply means your business profile has been created by someone already and you simply need to update your profile instead of re-registering. Follow the instructions above for forgotten account information to update your profile.
  • Please call 866-584-2344 and press the number seven(7) for VIP assistance.
