We are collaborating with the Federal Environmental Council to also inform owners about how they can re-engineer business operations to reduce impact on the environment.
“VetBiz Initiative for National Sustainment (VINS Wins!)” CVE has partnered with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and NAVAIR’s Joint Commission on Aging Aircraft (JCAA) to match small, veteran-owned manufacturing companies with program managers who buy the 1.8 million DoD legacy system parts, many of which are difficult to find. The VINS project will create new "middle ware" that will connect the VIP database to DoD’s Shared Data Warehouse (SDW) and the Joint/Coalition Obsolescence Management Modernization System (JCOMMS) databases, as well as the Air Force E-Mall and B3I databases to create two way communication for businesses looking for requirements and program managers looking for manufacturers.
