I believe the Up-Tick rule should be put back into effect. It did the job it was supposed to do for 70 years after the great depression and "Should Not" have been removed. You contribute to your 401K all your career and then some short sellers come a long and you can be wiped out overnight
Do what is right....Put the full Up-tick rule back in place
