I believe in the uptick rule as being the right thing to do. Additionally, enforcement of naked short selling is IMPERATIVE in mitigating the blatant market manipulation, correcting over exaggerated volatility the market has faced over the last 24 months, and ensuring that we make steady improvement over the long term rather than ride a roller coaster of ups and (manipulated)downs.
