2 October 2007.  National Research Council releases its review (published October 2007).  (link posted 2 Oct 2007)

16 February 2007. The National Academies Board on Atmospheric Sciences (BASC) and Climate announces formation of a committee to provide a peer review of the draft S&A Product 3.2; and solicits nominations for committee membership. The BASC will appoint a committee of approximately 10 members, with expertise in climate modeling, climate-air quality interactions, radiative impacts of anthropogenic and natural trace gases and aerosols, emissions scenarios and assessment users. To make a nomination, please send the person's name, affiliation, contact information, and a brief statement on his or her qualifications to Dr. Maria Uhle, Study Director, at muhle@nas.edu. Please copy to Rob Greenway, Project Assistant, at rgreenway@nas.edu. Please submit your nominations by Friday, March 2, 2007.

7 December 2006.  Comments on draft prospectus are posted.

30 October 2006.  Final prospectus released.

30-31 October 2006. Synthesis and Assessment Product 3.2 Workshop. Princeton, New Jersey.  This workshop is open to the interested public. Its purpose is to present the results of numerical model projections of future climate driven by specific scenarios listed in the Prospectus and to provide information for the production of Synthesis and Assessment Product 3.2.
