Broadcasting Media Partners, Inc. and Univision Communications, Inc. (Univision) have filed applications pursuant to Section 310(d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, seeking Commission approval to transfer control of licenses and authorizations currently controlled by subsidiaries of Univision. Univision and its subsidiaries currently own 82 AM and FM Spanish-language broadcast radio stations and 63 television stations, as well as the Spanish-language television broadcast network Univision Network, and the Spanish-language cable network Galavision.
Hard copies of the documents in the record may be obtained for a fee from the FCC’s duplicating contractor Best Copy and Printing, Inc., or may be viewed and copied at the FCC Reference Center.
