	The Board of Directors of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) will hold its first Open Meeting on Monday, September 22, 1997, beginning at 10:00 a.m., in the Federal Communications Commission's Committee Meeting Room at 1919 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. At the meeting, the USAC Board of Directors will address issues relating to administration of the federal universal service support mechanisms.
