       WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Department of Justice Community Relations Service (CRS) Director Sharee M. Freeman will deliver a keynote address at the "State of Community Relations in Miami-Dade County" Conference in Miami, Florida on Thursday, December 12, 2002 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Members of the Community Relations Board of the City of Miami and the Miami-Dade County Office of Community Relations will be in attendance.
 
 
 

       The Conference and Director Freeman's speech are scheduled to take place at the Renaissance Biscayne Hotel, located at 1601 Biscayne Boulevard. She will discuss the importance of building strong community relations across cultural and racial divisions, and offer CRS' support in their community-building endeavors.
