Interested persons are invited to submit comments on or before March 9, 2006 on a one-time information collection. The TIMSS 2007 will assess the mathematical and science knowledge of students in over 60 participating countries. Selected students and their 4th grade teachers and 8th grade science and math teachers, and administrators will also fill out background questionnaires to learn about curricula, instruction, home context, and school characteristics and policies. |
