See Scope and Method of Survey for definitions and methods used to compute means, medians, and middle ranges. 3 Less than 0.5 percent. 4 Workers were distributed as follows: 8 percent at $19 and under $20; 28 percent at $20 and under $21; 1 percent at $22 and under $23; 1 percent at $23 and under $24; 18 percent at $24 and under $25; and 1 percent at $25 and over. 5 Workers were distributed as follows: 8 percent at $5 and under $5.50 and 4 percent at $5.50 and under $6. 6 Workers were distributed as follows: 28 percent at $5 and under $5.50 and 2 percent at $5.50 and under $6.
