HOFEX is one of the largest international exhibition trade events of food & drink, hotel, restaurant & food service equipment, supplies & services in Asia.  More than 1,800 exhibitors from 40 countries will showcase thousands of mainstream and unique exhibits at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center from May 6-9, 2009.

HOFEX 2007 attracted a wide range of visitors and buyers with 7,000 visitors particularly from trading sector (distribution, import and wholesale) and over 5,000 buyers in hotel/resorts sector from the region.  This is an excellent platform for the buyers to meet the sellers.
