The 3rd edition of the USA week in Dakar June 3-6, 2009

The U.S. Commercial Service in Senegal and the American Chamber of Commerce in Senegal are pleased to invite you to participate in “USA Week in Dakar”, June 3-6, 2009. 

USA week will promote U.S. products and services in nine different sectors, from computers and peripherals, to franchising, telecommunications, and power generation, all under one roof, the Convention Center of the Meridien President, Dakar's most prestigious hotel.

A series of workshops will be held in parallel with the exhibition. Topics of interest include opportunities in the franchising sector, how to do business with the US, the challenges of doing business in Senegal, etc... Fully-equipped exhibition booths covering an area of 9 or 12 square meters each will be provided to participating companies at a cost of USD 1,500 and 2,000.

This 4-day-long multi-sector event will be an opportunity to showcase American technology and expertise in these sectors. USA week will help raise the US flag in a market so far denominated by France, but open to business with foreign countries. CS Dakar will provide participating firms with services that include market briefings, pre-show promotion, logistical and matchmaking support during Showtime.
