This component centralizes the OIG information technology operational assessment, analysis and law enforcement capabilities. ITACCI is comprised of the Information Technology Audit Division (ITAD), the Computer Assisted Assessment Techniques Division (CAAT), and the Computer Crimes Investigative Division (CCID). This centralized concept ensures maximum coordination and cooperation both internally and externally.

Information Technology Audit Division

ITAD conducts audits of the Department's IT systems and related initiatives, with primary focus on Information Management and IT Security.

Computer Assisted Assessment Techniques Division

The CAAT division provides a full range of advanced statistical techniques services to Audit Services, Investigation Services and Evaluation, Inspection and Management Services.

Computer Crimes Investigation Division

CCID is a blend of Special Agents with a formal technical background working along side other technically skilled professionals dedicated to investigation of traditional and networked-based cybercrime.
