Recommendation: Proceeding Regarding Captioned Telephone Service
The Consumer Advisory Committee requests that the Commission immediately release a 
comprehensive Notice of Proposed rulemaking examining all aspects of Captioned 
Telephone service, specifically as it relates to mandating the service.
