Information sources: Birth certificates, hospital records, clinical
screening by research nurses, examinations by a dysmorphologist.
Information collected: The FASSNet standard set of
variables.
Prevalence rates: Prevalence rates are not available at this time.
Education and training activities for health-care and other providers:
Workshops for providers are conducted by Marquette University. FASSNet staff also conduct presentations describing the
surveillance project at state conferences.

University of Wisconsin Medical Genetics Department, including the Family
