A. Introduction
The incumbent is a Student Trainee enrolled in the Student Career Experience Program that provides for employment related to the student's academic program. Upon graduation, the student may be eligible for non-competitive conversion to a full-time permanent position as a ________________. This position is designed to serve as a developmental experience and in conjunction with formal education, to provide the incumbent with the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities necessary to meet the qualification requirements of the target position.
