New Training Video Available for the IPEDS Data Center

A training video is now available for NCES' new IPEDS Data Center. The video was developed by the Association for Institutional Research, the training subcontractor for the IPEDS data collection. It is available on the association's IPEDS training website at http://www.airweb.org/page.asp?page=1910.

The new IPEDS Data Center is a "one-stop-shop" for retrieving and analyzing data on postsecondary institutions collected in the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS). It replaces the Peer Analysis System and Dataset Cutting Tool, but maintains all of the functionality of those tools. It also has new features to improve users’ experiences, and it serves as an entry point to the Executive Peer Tool and IPEDS Data Analysis System.
