Down (USDC, UT, Docket No. 2:96CV 0220S) The Securities and Exchange Commission announced that on March 20, 1996, Judge David Sam of the United States District Court for the District of Utah, Central Division, entered an order, agreed upon by the parties to the action, which temporarily restrains Investors Dynamics Corporation and Steven L. Down from future violations of Sections 5(a), 5(c) and 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 thereunder. The order allows Investors Dynamics, during the period of the stipulated order, to expend funds in the ordinary course of its business.
