WASHINGTON – Due to the closure of the Department of Justice's main building (RFK) as a result of recent flooding, the Antitrust Division's Premerger Notifcation Unit will relocate to the Bicentennial Building, 600 E Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20530.
Effective today, and until further notice, all premerger filings should be directed to:

FedEx airbills should use the above address information. Delivery of premerger and notification report forms and other materials to the Premerger Unit will be similar to the procedures in place at the RFK building.

Under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, parties who want to acquire a certain amount of stock or assets in another company must file a premerger notice with the Department's Antitrust Division.
