More than 40 students in an upper level Michigan State University Environmental Studies and Agriscience course learned about the mission and major programs of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and about Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) from the contaminants staff of the East Lansing Field Office on April 14, 2009.   

The goals, requirements, and results of NRDA were explored in detail using a case study.
