SIGN MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT Northeast Region, August 28, 2008 Print Friendly Version On August 28, 2008, Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge and the Friends of Eastern Neck, Inc. signed an official memorandum of agreement that allows them to operate a sales outlet in the refuge's lodge. This Agreement officially defines the relationship between the Service and the nonprofit organization. The Friends of Eastern Neck will use their store to support and reinforce the missions of Eastern Neck Refuge. In addition, the FOEN will provide assistance to the refuge by directing sales profits into various refuge projects and programs.
