Washita Farm Heritage Center window/door installation.

The Johnston County Historical Society and Tishomingo Refuge Ecology and Education Society (TREES) started renovation work on an abandoned concrete Washita Farm Era residence to develop a Washita Farm Heritage / Refuge Welcome Center on the refuge. The group has worked diligently over the past year to clean up the structure and recently completed the installation of exterior doors. The groups hope to see the project completed and open to the public within two years.
