Paige Najvar delivered a presentation on Safe Harbor Agreements and Houston toad management to approximately 150 landowners at Texas Parks and Wildlife Department's Landowner Workshop in Bastrop County, Texas on February 25, 2008.  The presentation was designed to explain the Safe Harbor Agreement Process, describe the management activities that are currently ongoing on the three existing properties enrolled Safe Harbor Agreements in Bastrop County, discuss how these activities are expected to provide benefits to the endangered Houston toad, and promote the Safe Harbor Agreement for the Houston toad which is currently under development.
