The National Organization for Mexican American Rights Inc. (NOMAR) gave a federal career presentation at the Corpus Christi Texas A&M University.  Staff from the Corpus Christi Ecological Services Office provided U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service information to students about potential careers and student programs such as the Student Career Experience Program (SCEP).  The objective of NOMAR was to reach out to Hispanic students and make them aware of the opportunities in federal careers and natural resource fields.  There were approximately 25 students that participated.
