Paige Najvar and Cyndee Watson of the Austin ESFO participated in the annual Women in Science program at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center in Austin on September 28, 2007.  This program gives girls in preschool through high school the opportunity to interact with a number of women in various scientific careers.  During this program, Paige and Cyndee met with children of all ages, parents, and teachers and discussed their roles in recovering endangered species as employees of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
