Staff from the Lower Great Lakes Fishery Resources Office participated in the Western New York Earth Day Family Expo at the Buffalo Zoo.  The fisheries resource office exhibit included information about invasive species and fish physiology.  Several 4x two-way magnifying viewers were also available for kids to see aquatic macroinvertebrates and zooplankton up close.  The fisheries resource office also participated in a scavenger hunt encouraging kids to think about and answer questions on aquatic predator-prey relationships and the food web.
