Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge youth and senior dove hunters on September 1.

Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge hosted a Youth and Senior Dove Hunt, September 1. 

Seven youth hunters and two senior hunters participated in this event. 

The hunters first attended a hunter safety briefing and then were escorted to their hunting areas in a sunflower field. 

The hunters harvested a total of 50 dove.
