Corpus Christi ES staff participated in meetings with the Coastal Bend Bays and Estuaries Program during development of their FY 08 annual work plan.  Staff gave input to develop a list of projects that will help implement actions in the CBBEP Bays Plan.  The FY 08 work plan includes 29 projects with a budget of $1.3 million.  Projects funded by the CBBEP include education/outreach, habitat restoration/protection, sediment and water quality monitoring, and public access.
