Approximately 600 Jennings County third graders, their teachers, and parents attended the annual Conservation Field Day programs, May 8-9, at Muscatatuck NWR.   

Students travelled through rotating stations and learned about wildlife, endangered species, wetlands, water, forestry, and soils while spending time in the "outdoor classroom" of the refuge.
