More than 50 people recently attended Indiana "Master Naturalist" programs  at Muscatatuck NWR .

The adult-education program involved nine weeks of  classes in wildlife, botany, geology, wetlands, and other conservation topics.

Course instructors were different each week and were resource professionals from many agencies.

At the end of the classes participants contributed 27 hours of volunteer time to a public conservation agency to receive their Master Naturalist pin and certificate.
