On March 31, Wildlife Refuge Specialist Corey Kudrna participated in the Northwest Missouri Pheasants Forever Land Owner Field Day.  He assisted Private Land Conservationist from the USDA/NRCS Office as well as the Missouri Department of Conservation.  Corey's assistance and information during the event was important.

Refuge Park Ranger Charles Marshall participated in a fishing day event May 5 held at the Missouri Department of Conservation Hartell Conservation Area.  More than 40 people attended of varying ages with disabilities who were invited to the event.  Marshall made photo buttons for each person including the individuals with their catch.  A mid-day meal was sponsored by Grindstone Gobbler Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation.
