UMRCC Coordinator Scott Yess gave a presentation describing the History, Form and Function of the Upper Mississippi River Conservation Committee to the Mississippi River Citizens Committee. 

\This is a group that tracks issues concerning the river along the Minnesota/Wisconsin border.  The group followed the presentation with several good questions.
