Phil Delphey of the Twin Cities Ecological Services Field Office represented the Fish and Wildlife Service at a three-day endangered species training for employees of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. 

Delphey presented information on Section 7 consultation and also answered questions about other aspects of the Endangered Species Act to Corps employees from throughout the country.
