On Dec. 6, Nick Rowse and Laurie Fairchild, both Twin Cities ES Field Office gave a forum presentation, "National Environmental Policy Act Review and Section 7 Consultation Process", to the Wetlands Professional Association, in St. Paul, Minnesota. 

This presentation was in response to a request by the WPA to help them better understand the process of how the Service uses NEPA and Section 7 to benefit fish and wildlife resources.
