The Federal Junior Duck Stamp Art Contest is a nationwide event promoted by the Service.  In Illinois, this program is sponsored by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (ILDNR), and this was the Chicago Field Office's 13th year for participating. 

Illinois’ has had 2 national winners since the inception of this contest.  In FY2006, Chicago Field Office's Environmental Education Specialist assisted with selecting judges, and coordinating the return of the artwork along with certificates and ribbons to the 550 participants.
