Journal Entry   Back Outreach Planning - Hine's emerald dragonfly critical habitat proposal Midwest Region, July 24, 2006 Print Friendly Version External Affairs and Ecological Services developed and implemented an outreach plan for announcing proposed critical habitat for the Hine's emerald dragonfly.  EA drafted an outreach plan, drafted a news release, reviewed background information and fact sheets, coordinated with Regional and field office staff and with Washington public affairs.  EA also drafted a news release announcing a public meeting/open house encouraging the public to learn more about the proposal.
